Hi! I'm Mandy, a Clarendon Hills mom of two girls, a CorePower enthusiast, and a Product Leader by profession. At my core, I simply love bringing people together and creating memorable moments with family and friends.
What started as a fun addition to my own celebrations has grown into Not Your Momma's Jello. Today, I create elevated cocktail cups and desserts that combine premium ingredients, bold flavors, and beautiful presentation to make every occasion a little more unforgettable.

Based in Clarendon Hills, we proudly serve Hinsdale, the surrounding western suburbs, and the greater Chicagoland area through local delivery and pickup.
